Payment Conditions

* All bookings are provisional until receipt of a 30% deposit.
* All bookings must be in writing -by letter, or e-mail + reservation form filled out
* Full payment is due and payable a minimum of 30 days prior to departure.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

More than 90 days prior to departure; forfeit US$ 100
Less than 90 days, forfeit 30% of trip fee
Less than 30 days, forfeit 100% of trip fee

PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE OR ACCEPT FINANCIAL RISK:

I understand unforseen work, medical or airline problems may cause me to cancel a trip. Compensation for trip cancellation due to any reason must be claimed against my travel insurance. Weather problems may cause the trip to be cancelled/delayed or shortened. If the weather is not suitable for the Similans/Surin/Hin Daeng, we would try to dive around Phi Phi Islands. No compensation is offered in any situation to change flights or holiday plans. No refund is offered for time lost due to the medical evacuation of a passenger or reduction of dives due to bad weather.
